Hello, everybody Clayton etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be checking out the SEPA universal towing mirrors with the dual mirror on our 2021 Ford ranger. Having a towing mirror to our ranger is really going to widen our viewpoint whenever we are tailing a trailer. So, whether we're making a turn or anything like that we're going to be able to see wherever our trailer is at all times. Now, the best part about using a universal mirror like this is you can take it off whenever you're not using it, but whenever you do need it, simply just pop it on and hit the road. I really liked that it has the dual mirrors. more

Clayton here at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be checking out the CIPA Universal Dual Towing Mirrors on our 2020 Ford F-150. Adding tow mirrors to our F-150 is gonna be a great upgrade. This is gonna allow us to be able to see our trailer a whole lot easier. Whether it be a utility trailer, a boat, a camper, or anything like that, we always want to make sure we can see what we're hauling, especially when we're maneuvering tight areas. Our stock mirrors are pretty small, and being able to use a universal towing mirror that comes on and off is gonna be pretty nice because we're not gonna have to deal with the big bulky tow mirrors. more

Adding tow mirrors to our F-150 is going to be really good. Whenever we're towing, let's say a camper, a boat a utility trailer like we have here or anything like that, anything that we can do to get that extra visibility is going to be really nice. Our stock mirrors are pretty small although they do have that top corner that does have a little bubbled piece for towing. Really, you can't see much out of it. more

Longview Slip On Towing Mirrors Installation - 2019 Ford F-150- Video
Hey guys, today, we're going to be taking a look and showing you how to install the Longview custom towing mirrors here on our 2019 Ford F-150.So here, just to give you guys an example of the improvements we're going to have with our custom towing mirrors, as you can see now, I'm going to be visible here in our factory mirrors. But if I we're to step out to the right here, which would emulate a passing car, we wouldn't be able to see ourselves anymore in the factory mirror. We would however, then become visible in our custom towing mirrors. So these custom towing years here, they're going to be an excellent option for our F150. If we find ourselves to be towing frequently, they're going to be a must-have item.So the main thing that these are really going to improve is really when we're out on the highway. We're out on the highway, we have a very long rig with our truck and our trailer, and if we need to change lanes, we really need to account for a large amount of space, which isn't always visible here in our factory mirrors. more

This is going to be a direct replacement for the existing mirror on your vehicle to make sure that you have the best range of view while you're towing. A lot of times, whenever you've got a trailer behind you, whether that's a fifth wheel, a bumper trailer or anything else, a lot of times it can be kind of hard to see what's going on because you just need a wider angle to see what's going on back there. This is going to extend out to give you that better field of view so you can see what's going on, but whenever you're not towing, you can also bring that back in, and reduce a little bit of space of this is going to take up.This is a direct replacement for several Ford vehicles, including the Ford Excursion from 2000 to 2005, and then the Ford F250 and 350, 450 and 550, that's for 2001 through 2007. Any of those vehicles, this is going to work on. more

And today we're going to take a look at the CIPA Universal Dual-View Mirror for towing on our 2020 Mazda CX-5.So this towing mirror is going to be a great addition. Whenever you are hauling anything behind your vehicle or you want that extra security and view while you're driving, it will provide about an extra lane and a half field of view.So a couple of nice things about this towing mirror are the adjustable straps here that have multiple points on the ladder in order to get that nice snug fit with this CX-5 mirror. The bottom section here kind of is a little bit more on the narrow side with these straps. It fits very nicely and kind of conforms into that pocket on the bottom side of the mirror. more

K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors Installation - 2020 Mazda CX-5- Video

Andy here from etrailer.com and today we're going to take a look at the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirror on our 2020 Mazda CX-5.So whether you're towing something behind your vehicle or you're driving on a busier highway where you want a little bit more view, these mirrors are going to give you a pretty expansive field of view added onto your stock mirror.So looking at some of the features, having the ratcheting knobs is nice, that way you can kind of get that custom fit and adjusting these rubber sleeves underneath gives you that extra padding and protection against the paint and finish on your stock and factory mirror.Another thing to look at too is, it still gives you a visual for that mirror turn signal, so other vehicles that are going to be around you will still be able to see that when you have your blinkers on.So to adjust the mirror here, you can see that it is very easy just to get the right adjustment made to wherever you need to see. Also, the clamps here that support on the top and the bottom of your factory mirror, extend a little bit more, that way it's going to be a solid fit. So with the clamps that are on the top and the bottom, you can still adjust the factory mirror with the automatic knob that's inside the vehicle.Now, overall, a couple of my final thoughts are going to be, if you are looking for a mirror that is going to help with some visibility, whether you're towing something, or you just want that extra coverage from lane to lane, this is going to be a great option. Although there is a little bit of a fit issue with the bottom of it here, being a little on the narrower side or smaller side, it kind of wants to tend to slide off just a little bit. But other than that, it is going to be a great option if you're just looking for a nice, easy way to get that extra visibility when you're driving.Okay, we're going to go ahead and install it on our mirror. more

Today on your 2006 Ram 1500, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install K-Source's custom flip out towing mirrors.This towing mirror is going to be a direct replacement for your factory mirrors. They're going to extend out significantly further than what the factory mirror did, and that's going to give you a much better viewing angle at your trailer. One of the things that I really like them though, is that since they are a permanent install, they looked like they we're supposed to be on the truck right from the factory because they match in very nicely with the textured black plastic. And they maintain all the functionality of your factory mirrors. I can still adjust them using the switch inside my truck to get that proper tilt without even having to open my window on those cold days. more

So if you have a Ram 1500, these are going to be the best mirrors, in my opinion, they fit really, really well, and they really look good too. As you can tell, we do have a somewhat similar finish to them. So it kind of blends in, kind of looks somewhat OEM. I kind of like that and it also, we're not going to lose the function of our turn signals. So we have a little clear lens here and on the side. more

We're going to get a rather large mirror and it's going to be a flat mirror, so it's not going to be concaved or convexed and we are going to be able to tilt it right, left, up and down. more

And lastly, we have an option from CIPA that's for a wider field of view, and that's the CIPA clamp on towing mirror.I have the dual lens option installed for you right now on our RAV4 just to give you an idea of what towing mirrors are going to look like on your vehicle. They are a temporary option so everything you see here is removable, and they're all designed in such a way that they won't harm or scratch your mirror housing, and they're all designed with your blinker in mind, so you'll still have full access to your side blinkers on your mirrors.Just to give you an idea of the benefit you're going to see from towing mirrors on your RAV4, keep in mind your RAV4 is rated between 1,500 and 3500 pounds for towing, depending on the options you have installed. more

Hey everybody, Zach here at etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at the Cipa universal towing mirrors. These are going to be a really nice, affordable way to give you a little bit better visibility when you're going down the road, whether you're hauling a boat like we have here today, or a camper like we have back here. Anytime you have something at the back of your vehicle, it's a little bit more difficult to see around it, so especially when we're trying to change lanes or we're backing up, we want that wider field of view just for safer conditions because the factory mirrors that we have, they do a good job, but they're designed for your vehicle. So adding that extra width out there is going to be a much safer way of going about it.So here I am at the back of the trailer. You can see me just fine in the factory mirror, which is nice, but where I think these mirrors shine is when we're changing lanes. more

CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors Installation - 2020 Toyota Tundra- Video

Today, we have a 2020 Toyota Tundra and we have some cool Custom Fit Slip-On CIPA Towing Mirrors.Not only is this going to just widen your view, to be able to see some of the longer loads you may be hauling, it's also going to eliminate a lot of those blind spots that those factory mirrors won't be able to show you. It's going to give you peace of mind going down the road, so you're not just white knuckling, the wheel, just guessing whatever's going on behind you. It's going to keep your stuff safe and everybody else too.We are going to get both a driver's side and passenger side mirror with this kit and they're going to come with one big old mirror here and it is going to be able to pivot right and left, up and down. So you're going to be able to adjust it exactly how you need it, to be able to see whatever load you may be hauling.It's not really going to add a whole lot of length to our mirrors. more

Today on our 2020 Toyota RAV4 we're going to be talking a look at and showing you how to install K-Source universal fit towing mirror, which is also sold as a set. Whenever we use a towing mirror it's really going to help expand our field of view, and that can really be useful whenever we're making a lane change, maybe backing up into a tight parking spot, or just wanting to keep a closer eye on what's going on behind us.To give an example on how much more ground we're able to cover, you can see I'm visible in our towing mirror but not in our factory mirror. However, if I take few steps closer to our trailer I disappear out of that towing mirror and become visible in our factory mirror. That's really going to help eliminate any of those blind spots as well.One of the big questions we get asked all the time in regards to universal fit towing mirrors is if you're going to have any noise or vibration, especially at higher speeds. To be honest with you, this fits really well and even if I move it around you can see it moves our whole factory mirror around with it, so really I really don't see that giving you any issues at all.Even with our towing mirror in place, we're still able to adjust our factory lens. more
